| Finally took mine out today. I was horrified at how bad I shot....rounds were going everywhere. Obviously, I know these will not be as accurate as a full size, but I must say I was a bit taken back. Anyone else notice this? I usually shoot a perfect score or close to it with my Glock 22 so I don't think it is my fundamentals. Maybe I just need to get use to it. |

It's not the G27.... a friend of mine has one, he consistently shoots a 1 1/2" group at 25'.... and has been shooting it like that since day one!
I didn't fair as well, and can generally keep most of my rounds in a 3" group. Not the easiest gun in the world to shoot well! ~g |

Well I never got to practice anymore and I had to qualify today for optional weapon so I was a little nervous. Turns out for no reason, it shot great. My score was just 3 points lower than my G22 score so I am very happy. Don't know what happened that day in the OP. Just 'off' that day I guess. Anyway, thanks for all the input. |
| I had and still have problems with the Glock sights. Tried speed sights and it improved my accuracy much. I have narrowed it down to being all-white of the stock sights. |
| Just like there is little inherent accuracy difference between a snub revolver and six inch target revolver from a machine rest the same can be said for the most part of the different size glocks. Like the revolvers the smaller guns are harder to hold on to resulting in it for some people harder to get the gun to shoot accurately. I had a 27 for a while the snappy recoil for me was not fun. Traded for a 26 which I shoot better than any other glock I own for speed and accuracy to include full size and long slides. |
