Will a standard oem 19 work in my 23 ,or does it have to be a lone wolf conversion?

Has to be a "conversion barrel" to go to 9mm. OEM barrels only work when switching from .40 to .357SIG or from .357SIG to .40.

No, there are several companies making them. I have used K&M and Lone Wolf and wouldn't hesitate to buy either again.
