Just wanted to post a thank you to warren tactical. They have excellent customer service. I installed the set I got from skd, a .215 fiber front and plain rear. I took it out to test them and the sight picture was amazing but I couldn't hit the damn steel for nothin. I put up a paper target and was shooting 6" high and 3" left. Everything I read said .215 was standard for g17s but mine shoots high. I emailed warren tactical yesterday (Saturday mind you) and he got back to me within hours. He said to slightly drift the rear to the right and to send in the front and he'd send me a .245 front at no charge. Great folks to work with!

for my 34, I was advised immediately to go with .245 tall front sight and it hits POA/POI
For my 19, I've been advised to go with the .215 tall front sight. This was not the case for my 19. I was shooting high. I purchased the .245 tall front sight for my 19 and it's now shooting POA/POI. |
