Would there be any problem if I took my Glock model 22 and traded the barrel and extractor out for a 9mm Wilson match barrel and factory 9mm extractor?

Unless the barrel is designed to fit a .40 slide it will be too loose. I would think that it could damage your slide

Yep, if it's a conversion barrel, you're o.k. If it's just a G19 barrel, it won't work right.
