Does anyone know where to find high capacity G21 mags? I'm not sure how many rounds they hold but I'm guessing 25 or 30. I realize they are going to be hard to find in the current environment but if anyone has seen some let me know please |

The new improved KCI 26rd hole cnt is the mag you want...They work great. They will actually hold 27rds, but there are only 26 window holes. They use to have 27 holes and these are the old style...Stay away from these, as they have weak springs and sloppy floorplate....They fixed these issues in the 26 hole cnt mags....Buy the KCI first....it's the best deal.
KCI G21 26rder.....CDNN...before all hell broke loose.....$15-$20 KRISS G21 25+rd.....Kit...$67.....or complete $90 |
| I just sent four KRISS kits back to KRISS. I tried the first kit about two years ago, using three different mag bodies...never could get it to work. Recently acquired some new G21 mags and tried a brand-new mag with a new KRISS kit, with the same results as before. Was able to diagnose the problem, but don't know what the fix is. The spring, under compression, is catching on the locking tabs of the KRISS extension. I sent all four kits, including two unopened, back and hopefully will get new, improved kits or an offer of a refund, since the supposedly have a lifetime warranty. |

Mine have been flawless. Generation 3 mags and I ordered the kit. Put together and works like a charm.

| Is it best to buy the kits or buy the mag already assembled? Considering the lack of G21 mags out there I'm thinking the pre-made would be better. I'm curious though if they've jacked their price up to put their mags on the same level as what the nutters are selling for? |
| I was lucky enough about a month before the panic to pick up 5 of teh 27rnd SGM mags from my LGS. They all work great. Did not really want then at the time but a friend told me they worked great and I already had a few Glock 22rnd 40 S&W mags so I bought them for $20 each. Glad I did. |

Have you ordered from "Glockstore" before? I was curious why their website showed stock of these high capacity mags when nobody else does so I looked for some reviews of them. They have a terrible rating with several listings in the various consumer "ripoff" sites. Usually there's someone who will complain about a company no matter how good they are but GlockStore has complaints out the wazoo. I'm curious if anyone here has used them and what their experience was. |

Got a call from a guy @ KRISS yesterday. The springs that were in my KRISS kits were the very first gen of springs that KRISS used in those kits, and, the guy admitted, performance was erratic. He's sending the kits back with new-improved springs. Hopefully, the kits will work now. I'll post a follow-up here of my field testing of the new kits. The KRISS guy also advised me not to load more than 25 rounds in the kits. I'll try the advertised 30-rounds, just to see if they'll work with 30 rounds. If not, I'm fine with 25 rounds. These kits are just a range novelty for me, anyhow. |

I have 6 of the Kriss 30 rd magazines, both whole mags and their extension kits and they all run great in my G21 and in my MechTech CCU using a G21 lower frame. I have been using these for years, now and have no other extra capacity mags that work as well as they do. I do find that they are a bit heavy when used in the G21, but not onerously so. They are absolutely perfect for use in the carbine, though.
Having discovered that they are in stock at the Kriss website, I just bought 2 more of the kits to add to my carbine case. |

Hmm..so now I'm back to square one. One person says Kriss kit bad, one says Kriss kit good. I've heard all KCI is bad but the new ones are good? There's the 27 round mags from Glockstore but they are out of stock. I have 15 KCI mags for my G19, all work without issues. |
| I would stay away from the 27rder KCI or SGM....I know first hand that they don't work...I would guess they are the same since they had KCI do their drum for them. I waited about 1yr(15Dec12) to try 2 more after I noticed at a gun show that the spring was stiffer and the floor plate was nice and tight. Like I mentioned earlier, they are now 26rd hole count but can be loaded to 27rds....If you try a 27rd hole cnt mag, make sure you check return policies...CDNN has a 3 day return policy. |

I had two of the Kriss mags but they didnt work. Sent them back and told Kriss to dispose of themfor me. They sent me replacements that work perfectly. Glad I got them before the panic. Probably only replaced the springs, like they're doing for me. Hope mine work. UPDATE!!! Just received the four kits back from KRISS. New springs are visibly different from originals. I assembled one kit with a new mag body and, peeling the rounds off with my thumb, the kit seems to work perfectly. It's raining right now, but weather will be great this weekend. Will field-test and post results here. I was only able to get 27 rounds loaded, though, even using an Uplula. Will probably remove two rounds, per suggestion from guy @ KRISS. |
| I have several of the Kriss mags. 5 I bought complete and 8 more I just bought the conversion because its cheaper and all they do is put a Factory mag body and follower on their extension to make the completes so it saved me a bunch of mone and to this day, they have all ran flawless in both my 21SF's and my 30. |

This link should take you directly to the 21 mag page. If not, go to www.kesselrings.com, click on the any of the mags shown at the bottom, then backup to Glock. There web page is a little jacked up as far as navigation which may be while they still have mags. $34.95 (Limit 5) I ordered 5 on 2/2, they shipped on 2/5, I received 2/7. They are current gen mags and they appear to function fine with my Gen 3 21. |
