Brand new G21 gen4 with 3 13rd mags. I loaded each mag then proceeded to insert into pistol. The mags are very difficult to seat with 13rds in them. I feel mucho resistance as if I am smashing something which I find odd. For example, I can load my Sig mags to capacity and they slide right in with the faintest tension. With the glock mag I only loaded it to 12 so it would go in easy. Is this a common issue? Does the mag break in? Sounds silly I know but I have never experienced this in any other pistol. First glock by the way.

Yes its common, all 5 of my glock 21 mags do that when they are fully loaded.  I leave my mags fully loaded all the time and they still havent "broken in" but I think thats a good thing.  If you are worried about it being an issue, you could always download 1 round.

Common but an issue lol. At least mine aren't broken so to speak. I did download the one that lives in the gun but the rest are 13 since the slide will be back when they are inserted.

Thanks for the responses.
