| Just bought a 27 a few weeks back and I am trying to figure out what to buy next. I really like the 30 and I already have a Sig220, so the ammo would be compatible with the 30. Or I could go with the 22 and have compatible ammo with the 27. Anyone else try to narrow in on a couple ammo sizes only? I cant take my mind off of the 19's either. That would mean 9mm now in the mix. Decisions, decisions. |

Decisions, decisions. well, if you add 27 and 30, then divide by 3 (third pistol after your Sig and the 27) - you get 19 19, dude - this sh*t don't just happen - get the 19 |

I think I just found someone who put more thought into my next purchase than I will! |

I'd say go 22 and get some high cap mags just in case. Carry one of those mags as your spare with the 27 as your CCW rig. My thoughts exactly. I actually just bought two 15 rounders for the 22 a few days back, just to have a couple hi caps for my 27. I guess it would just be icing on the cake to have the 22! |
| The .45 is my favorite round. Lots of power, but easy to control and I'm a woman. Actually, I think they're easier to control than the .40s. I have 8 handguns, including all of the .45 cal Glocks plus a .45 cal Colt 1911, but my G30SF is my ABSOLUTE favorite!!!!! Accurate as hell, even one handed...it's my CCW. I'd much rather have 10 + 1 rounds of .45 than 15 rounds of 9mm. Especially when I have another mag ready to go! Also, I think it's smart to narrow the types of ammo you use. I do have a S&W M&P Shield 9mm for my BUG, but I recently bought a G36 to take it's place. |

I'm just trying to buy the higher capacities now, in case of a ban. |

Guess which one is my next purchase.......either of the two remaining .45 models (damn you Glock for coming out with the 30s). Since you already have the Sig220 and want high capacity, I would say the Gen4 21, which is my favorite btw. |

I dumped a 220st............sorry it is a great gun but way to heavy. And for as fat as the handles are on the 220 it makes no sense they are single stack 8rd capacity.
I love sigs and the think they are a top of the line gun, but between the weight and the cost glocks are more practical. Plus I prefer striker to the decocker DA/SA. Again I like sigs, they are top of the line in terms of quality. But I pointed out serious flaws with the 220 that are hard to argue. |
