I have not seen a gen 4 g20. All the ones still coming in around here are gen 3.

They're out there, but I believe they're all blue label so far.

I ordered a blue label G20 and got a Gen3 a couple weeks ago.

Depends on what's sitting on the distributors shelf more than anything I think.

How long have the Gen 4 20s been out? Can they be ordered directly from Glock via a dealer?

I brought home a Glock 20 3rd Gen and extra magazines this week. Was curious about a Gen4, but given the climate, I bought what was available.
