I talked with Glock about this and basically was told ill get a coupon code for a Glock pistol once a year at law enforcement price. Will this be like any other Glock pistol or will it be a special setup with less parts included? Also is the law enforcement price a set price or should I still shop around?

It should be like any other Glock except that it will come with 3 mags.

Difference is that they come off of different production lines.  I ordered mine on Thursday and it was in on Monday so I am guessing the LE line gets priority but that is just a guess on my part.

I paid $425 plus tax for a gen 4 using my GSSF coupon which is the standard suggested price from Glock.  There are only 4 LE glock dealers in Ohio and one is a few minutes from where I live.  I didn't feel it was worth it to shop around especially since I was already saving $114 over the best Gen 4 price that I have seen anywhere else. Any saving over the $425 price for me, probably wouldn't be a savings anyway once gas was factored in.

If you take the armorers course after you get your GSSF membership, you will get another coupon for a discounted Glock as well.

I picked up my Glock 19 gen4 using the GSSF pistol purchase coupon a few weeks ago at Vance's. It took about a week to get the coupon and membership "kit" in the mail after I submitted payment. Then I walked right into Vance's, asked the sales guy if they had any 19gen4s available to purchase using the GSSF coupon, he went around back to check, and came up with a blue label 19gen4 for me.

I've read that some places will try to scam you if you look clueless, and try to get you to pay for the third magazine, or else they will take it out of the case. Don't fall for it. Everything inside including the contents will, and should be the same as if you were a regular retail customer.

I should note, that my case had a sticker on it for $399 for LE. But as stated by Glock, the GSSF price is $425.

Thanks guys! I found a place decently close that ONLY sells to LE but said I could buy from them since I had the coupon. Oh and at $425 also. See you guys soon!

How do you acquire one of these coupons?

you need to join GSSF. Its something like $70 for two years and you will get the coupon sent to you. you have to sign up for at least a two year membership to get the coupon. it also allows you to enter Glock shooting events and they have drawings for Glock pistols at the events. its a pretty cool deal for a good price. if for no other reason than to get the coupon for the pistol. Go to the Glock website and look for the GSSF link.

Here is the link.  http://gssfonline.com/pdf/forms/Join_renew.pdf  remember, you must sign up for at least a two year membership to get the coupon. Unless something has changed that is.

I'd choose your membership based on how many Glocks you want to buy.

I just did the two year, as I really don't see myself buying a Glock every year.

I believe you can also purchase parts at a discount, after you complete the armorers class.

Join the GSSF. Some dealers think blue label is LE only, you may have educate them.
