I've been putting off buying a Gen 4 for some time. I did not like the textture at first. I just picked up a new GEN 4 G21 today adn I must say so far i'm impressed. The grip seems to be a little less prickly and the fit and finish are as good as my Gen 3's The trigger feels good and more liek a 3.5 lb than the regular 5.5 lb. Are teh Gen 4 mags the same as teh Gen 3 45 mags?

If they're new production (ambi-cut) then yes.

I really like the redisgn of the mag release. I can actually press it with my thumb without having to change my hand position. Great improvement.

Now I'm going to have to find a Gen 4 G20

Had a big problem with my Gen4 G19. After 1600rnds and no failures, I ran out of ammo. Thats the only problem so far. I think we are neighbors, need to stop by.
