I have a Gen4 G26 that I just don't know if I can get use to the grip on it even with the pinky extension, I have large hands! I already own an early 2000s Gen3 G19 and I love it and how it fits my hand, it's just a little bulkier than the 26 to carry. So should I look at trading the G26 for a G19? I would love to have a nice Gen2 G19 or maybe even a late production Gen4

I would rather have two 19's and be happy then have a 26 and a 19 and not be happy.
with two of the same bun you would have extra parts if need be.

I had a 26 and sold it for another 19.Never shot the 26 very good so now I have two 19s that I shoot very well.

I shoot the 26 pretty good and it's easier to conceal, but the 19 feels perfect! I even like the 17, but I would love to get my hands on a Gen2 G19.

Certainly nothing wrong with having 2 19s. The question is whether that 26 fills some role for you that will be missing if it's gone (i.e. ankle carry, pocket carry, etc.).
