Ok, So I just got done watching "Make Ready with Bob Vogel" He was describing his grip as being so high up It is touching the bottom slide rails, cutting the web of his hand slightly at times. Now I have smaller hands but no matter how I adjust my hand I can't get that high up on the grip. I can get my hand into the the curvature of the frame, that's it. I've heard of other people getting so high up they are gettung cut by the slide as well. How can this be? there is still 1/3 of an inch of frame above the curvature. How are you guys doing it? |

Big hands?... Really big hands? This. I have Large hands and I have cut myself on the slide before.. I have purchased a Grip Force Adaptor for my 21SF and it seems to help out alot. However, I still do get it sometimes . I find myself changing my thumb position on my firing hand to help keep stuff out of the way. My support hand sits the same. |

as high as i can on the grip, well past the beavertail; my thumbs touch the lower middle of the slide; primary thumb is flared up/high as possible to allow support side palm get as much area onto the upper part of the grip (where the thumb rests are on a glock)
b/c i dont have overflow of meat on the slide/rail area, i dont get cut |
