Broke my gen4 G21 down for an initial cleaning, prior to a planned range trip in the morning.
While degreasing the frame, I noticed this semi-circular 'gouge' in the iside of the frame under where the RSA rests. Since this is my first gen4, I have nothing else to compare it to. Kinda' looks like it's supposed to be there, possibly as some sort of relief cut for the RSA, but not sure. The gun has only been test fired at the factory, and while sitting in the frame, the RSA doesn't line up with the mark (which is at a slight angle).

| My 27 has roughly 150 rounds through it. One of my 23's has over 800 rounds through it and the FDE 23 has not been fired yet, except for when it was tested at the factory. My FDE has the most noticeable marks out of the three. In fact I never really noticed it in the other two until I stripped down the FDE. |
