Can a Gen 4 recoil spring go into a Gen 3 ?
I have a G23 Gen 3 and want to replace the recoil spring with a Gen 4 type, Can I just drop it in there ??

Won't fit. Can't imagine why you'd want to use the Gen 4 spring anyhow. I'd suggest going to a 20-22# spring with a steel rod.
