I searched the forums and couldn't find any threads about their services. I saw a few post in the pic threads but that's about it.

So, who has had this done and what were the results?

I checked into the grip reductions a while back and www.coldborecustom.com is the way to go.  By far the best looking texturing I've seen.  I'm still planning to send him my 23 when I get the money.  He has a great website with lots of pics and customer reviews.

Ben does the best grip reductions in the industry, period, end of story.

He is the only one that actually changes the ANGLE of the back strap.  Everyone else, is just reducing the hump which will NOT significantly change the way the pistol sits in the hand.

Everyone else reduces the hump which changes the overall circumference front to back of the pistol.  Yes, it will feel different but certainly not like Boresights work.

The only downside to a Boresight pistol is that there is a long wait but it is well worth it if you want it done right by a master.

I haven't had a pistol done by them, but I tried to copy their work when I did my own grip reduction.  I didn't go quite as far down as they go.  The profile they do is in my opinion, the most comfortable.  The only downside of it is that with how much they take off, the bottom of the backstrap has edges to it instead of being round.  If you go through their gallery, you will see what I'm talking about.  Also, if you have a gen4, they might not be able to take it as low as with the gen3.  Also the best looking in my opinion.

You can see the slight edge on my grip here.  It doesn't bug me at all.

Thank you very much for helping hit that fo button. I'll probably send my Gen 3 21 and Gen 3 22 out to them after my next 3gun match. If my Glocks felt better in my hand I would love them even more.
