Just curious as to how many have problem free gen 4's. I have a 35 with 500 flawless rounds, about 50 of the rounds have been rapid fie. Mine was made in may of 11 and hasn't been updated with the new rsa. Anyway if you have one share the model, manufacture date, round count and tell us if you replaced the rsa.

I have a 22, produced last summer (031 RSA), and a 21 thats just a couple weeks old.  The 22 has a few hundred rounds through it.  The 21...exactly 160 rounds.

Both have been problem free.

I picked up a Gen 4 21 last week.  Since I got it I have nearly 600 rounds through it with out a single problem.  Oh yeah, and over 500 of those rounds are lead in the factory barrel!

My gen 4 G34 has hiccuped once, but it was because of the old crappy ammo I was using.  With good ammo it's been 100%.

I have a Gen 4 G19 that I bought 2 weeks ago.  400 rounds through it.  200 Dynabit Nobel, 50 Blazer brass, 150 UMC.  So far I haven't had a hiccup; ejection has been as reliable and consistent as my trusty Gen 3 G34.

Gen4 19 with all latest parts, 900 rounds of various ammo, no malfunctions.

I like it much better than any of my gen 3s.
Easily my favorite carry pistol.

10 yds standing off-hand, 45 rounds COM, 5 to the head

7yds standing off-hand, 5 shot group

First magazine fired out of the pistol, 7yds standing off-hand

IMO, the 21 is probably the best gen4 yet. I have not heard one person complain about any problems.

About 300 rounds through my G21 and no malfunctions. I also screwed a streamlight onto it as tight as I could get it and tried to limp wrist, with Federal HST 230 +P's though.

17, 19, 21 here. Not sure of the round counts. They get abused though! No malfunctions with any of them.  G22 is next.

I keep getting stovepipes in mine.  Need to order the new ejector.  I got the LW extractor and that took care of the brass to face issue.

I really think the Gen. 4's are the best Glock yet. Fit & finish is slightly better, they seem to have a tighter barrel fit and the texture is better. I have a 19 & 26 gen. 4 and have had no problems.

I had a gen 4 21.  I didn't have any malfunctions with it, but it would consistently throw brass in my face.

Brand new late Feb. 2012 Manufacture Gen. 4 23.  I've only run ~ 100 rounds of FMJ and 50 various HP's from my junk box, but ejection is strong and no malfunctions.

2 G4 22s and a G4 G34, tons of rounds (several kinds of ammo) through all of them and no issues what so ever...

I hear they are horrible, but I can't make mine malfunction...

I noticed that, too, but I thought it might have just been my imagination.  My G34 seems like it locks up a lot tighter than any of my 3rd gens.

Its not the barrel hood, nor the locking lug.

Its the hump on the trigger bar and the overly stiff RSA.

Run at least 5k rounds through the gun and it loosens up to the same "feel" as a generation 3.

IF the lock up were tighter we would be seeing match level accuracy improvements in the generation 4 guns over the generation 3's.

G19 here with no problems.
