| is this a big deal to have? how much extra is it worth? |

I would pay retail price for a Glock 19 bearing my initials as the first 3 of the serial. Unfortunately, this does not exist, because all such serial numbered guns were 27s. At least you can get your initials if you change your mind and want a 27. I'm stuck with having a J for a initial, so thats not going to happen for me |

They use it for prototypes, but i think they follow German style for proof marks, so they just don't use J at all in any serial or proof mark. not 100% sure if that's the reason they dont use it....

Me and a buddy bought OD 19s that had consecitive serial numers. Once my son was born I traded with him to get his so me and my son would have matching G19s. (to go with consecutive M9s and LaRue lowers What prefix? PVT I believe Oh I've always wanted to find someone who had the same as my OD19 (NSY) |

not worth any more than any other glock. I had 3 consec. G19's, came like that when I bought them at regular price. Sold them off 1 by one. If you ever want consec. SN's, just order 2 guns. When we order multiple of the same gun, for whatever reason, they are almost always NOT consecutive serial numbers. Perhaps the distributors we order from suck at stacking things up. |
| I don't care about consecutive serial numbers on guns myslelf but if you want them, just ask the distributor to see if he can get them for you. It isn't that hard to for the salesman to to arrange it, it just would depend on whether or not he wants to go the extra effort to do it. |
