For those of you that have made a Kydex holster just a couple question please.
1- What do you  use for a mold, the actual gun ,knife or what ever you are making the holster for.

2- When heating the Kydex in the oven and it ready to be put in the press do you lay it directly on the foam in the press.

3- I would like to try and make some for my Glocks but have some concerns would the heat from the heated Kydex affect my
Glock in any way.
Thanks for your help as always.

once you heat the kydex so its movable, wrap the gun with it and yes i just put it in the press as is and clamp it.  then 10 min later open it up and trimp to what you want.  add rivets and whatever else you have in mind.  its pritty simple.

Look about 3 posts down, entitled "fun with kydex".
1, the actual gun itself.
2, yes
3, no

Pm if you have any more questions. Have fun with it.
