so, along with the shitty uncle mikes shoulder holster & my blackhawk serpa retention holster for my Glock 20 hand grenade, I'd like to pick up another type of holster...but am having a couple problems locating what I need for my circumstances:

1) inside the belt
2) small of the back
3) left hand
4) rearward cant

basically, what I'd like to be able to do is to position the gun so that if I need to draw, I can grip it as in the following picture:

I DO NOT want to have to grab it in a way that does not feel natural..like this:

yes, I've been told my preferred method is referred to as the "suicide draw" as the weapon is briefly (just takes a second) pointed at one's self, where as the "upside down grip" tends to leave the muzzle pointed away from one's self, but the "suicide draw" is far more comfortable, especially in light of my past shoulder surgery.

Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated

A left handed IWB with adjustable cant such as a Crossbreed or MTAC should do the trick.

MTAC would probably work for that.
