How many have done this to a 19/23/26/27/etc?  I notice my finger gets more sore after a range session with the 19 than with a gun with a wider trigger.  Worthy investment?

Do you mean a smooth trigger?  If so, many people do it all the time.  You just have to get the correct trigger bar assembly.  Then again, some people will just point out that the more you shoot, the more your finger will get used to it.

It's not a big investment. Swap out the G19 serrated trigger for a G17 smooth one. They cost about 15 bucks.

I've got probably 4k rounds down the pipe on the G19...could never really warm up to that serrated trigger.  Yes, smooth trigger, like on the full size models.  I've never messed with the guts on the gun, is this the right part to order?

Yes, that's the right part.

I took a file to my safety until it was flat against the trigger, then took a little of the trigger down too.  It's pretty close to smooth now.

It is an easy installation.  There are directions on Youtube for this as well as changing out the slidestop and adding an extended one.  Just make sure you have a Glock Armorers tool.

Me too. I didn't like the feel of the ribbed trigger. I think it's ribbed for her pleasure, not mine...

Will this trigger work with the 23?  Do you use the entire assembly or remove the trigger from the trigger bar and install it on my existing trigger bar?

Yes, it will work for any glock 9mm, .40, or .357.  It replaces the entire trigger bar assembly.  The trigger itself stays with the bar.

ETA: except for the 4th gens, I think those have a different trigger bar.

I always shoot slightly better with my 19 then I do with my 17.  They are both stock with the same sights so I've always assumed that the trigger may have something to do with it.
