I have a G27 with an XS Big Dot on the front and I LOVE IT....its very very easy to acquire that front sight and focus on it, and that is really what you want if you think you may be using the pistol in a HD/SD situation. Once adrenaline surges, anything you have working in your favor to help you get that front sight strongly in your focus (as fast as possible) is an advantage. Just my $0.02, but again, this is very much a personal preference issue, and less of a "X is better than Y" issue. |
