I just bought a used but minty gen 2 17(still has a little copper lube on the rails) and it shoots great but I have a small problem. The single pin just above the trigger that goes through the frame keeps walking out and I have to use a bunch to seat it back level in the frame. It only walks out about 1/16" after about 100 rounds. Is this a problem to worry about and is there a fix for it? Thanks!

1/16 of an inch isnt much. Has it ever walked out more than that? Does it go to a certain point and then stop? Does the pin look worn?

I have only shot it once so I'm not 100% if that is all it will walk out. The gun is in really good shape but I can only see the ends of the pin so I can really tell if it is indeed worn or not.

could it have been out and you only noticed it after you shot?? shoot again and see what happens... the slide stop/spring is what holds it in..

I encountered such an issue once before - someone had used a punch and mallet to wack that pin out forcefully during a detail strip instead of jiggling the slide release a bit to get the pin to slide out easily. Replacing the pin cured the problem. They're cheap, and that's the first thing I'd try in your position.
