I have had tremendous success using the Galco SkyOps holster.
You wouldn't think it from looking at the single "Y-hook" attachment, but the holster stays in place and keeps my 22 tucked in tight against my body. It's quite comfortable, too. The only potential negative is that the mouth isn't reinforced, so it collapses once you draw the pistol. This can make reholstering kind of "interesting", but it does help to keep the holster thin and low-profile. http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.asp?ProductID=2752&GunID=48 If you don't already have one, make sure you get a thick, high-quality belt. It's at least half of the equation when in comes to concealed carry and can make all the difference as to whether you can successfully carry a pistol comfortably.
