| Does anyone know if the Gen 4 Glock 34's are out yet? If not, when can I expect them to come out? I put a deposit down on one but have no idea when to expect it to come in. |

Now im confused, if Glock is sending out retrofits for their 9mm Gen 4 units because of the problems with the buffer system and the 9mm round being so... 9mm. That said, i can't see the reason why they followed through with the G34.
I mean, sure you want to bring the whole line to Gen 4 but hell, if all im getting is the back straps, seems to me there aint much there to go calling it a new generation (again, regarding the 9mm flavors By the way, i am no Glock basher, i do prefer other handguns and right now i do not own a Glock (sold my Gen 3 G19 a couple months back and i regret it). Still, IDPA is coming to PR probably next year, so a G34 is in my plans. I just hope Glock keeps what works in it and name the thing whatever they want J |

A beefed up recoil spring is going to require hotter ammo for break-in at least. But due to the complaints, they went ahead and issued a lighter spring. It isn't like the gun is fundamentally flawed. So I don't see any reason not to go through with the G34. |
