On Tuesday at 6:28am MST I called Glock to get a new recoil spring assembly and it arrived today (Friday) at 12:33pm. A very pleasant lady answered the phone and with no unnecessary questions, asked "Name? Address? Ok GLOCKREAPER, we'll get that right into the mail for you. Have a nice day." Can't ask for more than that.
