Hey guys, I need some advice. I've been a GLOCK owner for almost years now and the inevitable has happened. I have a broken gun. This afternoon I stopped on the way home from work to pop off a few rounds, loaded up, racked the slide and got a click instead of a bang when I went to fire the first round. Now I have a live round stuck in the gun with the trigger in the rearward position and the slide will not retract at all. Never have I suffered a malfunction in tens of thousands of rounds fired thru a number of GLOCKs, but this one has got me flustered. Any knowledge from the hive?

Thanks

2 options.
1. hold slide with left hand, karate chop rear of frame with right hand.
2. since the trigger is back anyway, pull down the takedown levers and release the slide.  disassemble and inspect.

Is it safe to disassemble it with a live round i the chamber?

Prefer option #1.
