Hello all. My girlfriend is very slim and needs a viable carry option other than her purse. After talking with some reputable instructors, we feel that appendix carry will be her best and only option. Who besides raven concealment is offering a quality appendix holster? Thanks!

Comp-Tac 2 o'clock is what I carry my Glock 36 in

I like the Crossbreed Quick-clip, sits at a high cant for a natural draw angle...

Hides a G29 under a t-shirt and is tuckable.

Look at the ArchAngel.  Correct ride height and very stable.  Easy on off with the snaps versus a belt channel.  It is not tuckable though.  I use a comp-tac two oclock when I need tuckable.

If you decide to go with the Raven, and she happens to be using a G30, I have one available, new with the standard belt clips and I also purchased the snaps.

My GF and I have been talking about this same subject. She needs to get both a new ccw and an on-body carry method. Previously she'd been using a fanny-pack, purse, or leaving it behind. Off-body carry is a bad idea for many reasons. It's definately a challenge for ladies to conceal in a waistband. Appendix carry seems like a strong option.
Looking forward to some good ideas here. FWIW I sometimes carry my J-frame in a cheapo soft holster w/ beltclip at 2:00 and it works very well for me with that gun.

+1 on the Archangel.  I love mine.

My lady uses (when she carries, which is not nearly often enough) a High Noon Public Secret. It's straight drop and she carries AIWB with it.  She even went through a high round count, two day fighting pistol class with it (as did I with my Archangel).

The MTAC Nuetral is a very comfortable holster and has adjustable ride height. The High Noon Mr. Softy is also a decent AIWB holster that rides low and is pretty inexpensive.

Custom Carry Concepts make the best holsters I've found.  I'm partial to the Looper, but everyone else seem to like the newest iteration, the Shaggy.

Get a belly band. Thin as you can get, no need for a belt, can position anywhere. My GF uses one when she's not being lazy and carrying in her purse.

The two best holsters on the market right now for AIWB are the Garrity In-Victus or the Custom Carry Concepts Shaggy. The Garrity holster is expensive, but holds the reputation as the most comfortable appendix rig on the market.

I love belly bands but I don't think I've seen one that has the holster sewn in at a good angle for AIWB.

OP - What does she carry?

I'm going to buck the trend here a bit but if it's a snub nose or something with a long, heavy trigger pull...................

I'd say a clip draw.............

I use one extensively for appendix carry of a J Frame, Universal revolver style, set low in the waist band.
Very secure and it vanishes under any clothing.

I will add though that I think it's a lousy idea for a Glock or LEM type trigger.

Active Pro Gear Defender Waist Holster

from http://www.kahrshop.com/ works pretty well for small 9mm and 380 autos.

Thanks everyone for the recommendations. She is carrying a Kahr PM9, and she is only 5'4" and 115 lbs so it must be confortable but still conceal well. She really likes the holster that JW_777 recommended so far as it is leather as opposed to kydex. Keep the recommendations coming, I appreciate it!

While I prefer Kydex holsters the belly band from Kahr's webshop is a great option. That's what my gf uses for  her PM9. Girls, especially skinny ones will not change  their wardrobe to carry. So a big goofy looking 1.5 inch wilderness belt with a thick holster isn't gonna be worn.
