I've been looking at M-Tac, C-Tac and Crossbreed Supertuck holsters for my G19 or Kimber Pro CDP and found the Kholster http://www.kholster.com/.

Has anybody tried on of these?  How does it compare to the above choices?

It looks like a reasonable, less expensive alternative.

I tried the search function and found nothing on them.

i would just spend the little extra and get a supertuck. totally worth the price!

Looks like there's too much excess leather, and the fit/finish isn't as refined as the Supertuck. I would pay the extra for a Crossbreed.

Man with all that leather I'm willing to bet you wouldn't ba able to get a good firing grip on the weapon when you draw. I am very happy with my Supertuck. I don't even have the combat cut done to mine, but I did opt for the horsehide, since I CC ALL THE TIME (that I'm not working.)

They're decent, very solid materials and very reasonably priced.  The guy who makes them is helpful and very accommodating.

It's easy to trim them down with a utility knife to whatever you want, or he'll trim them for you IIRC.  With a big/heavy gun, the extra leather isn't all bad, it makes a really stable platform.

I have three crossbreeds, stick with the proven performance.  Also you can't beat the warranty and customer service.

If this were true we would all be carrying Colt Single Action Army models loaded with black powder cartridges.

Just sayin.

I just picked up a lightly used C-Tac for my Glock 19  I'm going to to give a try.

I still think the Kholster looks like a good holster for the money.   I may try one later for another gun.

PS: Why doesn't the spell checker on this site recognize the word GLOCK??????

I have a KHolster that I got for a Glock 26, but I carry my Glock 19 in it.

It's quite comfortable, but not having a SuperTuck or an MTAC to compare it to, I can't comment on whether it's more comfortable than those or less.

Getting a quick combat grip while drawing is a bit of a challenge, and I'll probably take a pair of shears to it to mod it.  I'm also toying with the idea of trimming it further and messing with the clips so that it basically functions like the Crossbreed QwikClip or the JMG IWB 3.2.

For the money, I don't think you can beat it...and if you want one, hurry and order now –– Jimmy's prices are going up after the New Year.  It may not be much to look at, but frankly, it's supposed to be a concealment holster!

I'm curious as well.  I ordered one a couple of weeks ago.  The guy has been really backed up because of the holidays, and sale he was offering, but has sent me multiple emails to keep me updated on the status.  I don't mind waiting, as long as I know I haven't been forgotten about, so I really appreciated that.  It's in the mail now, and this will be my first ccw holster, so I'm excited to see how it works out.

I have 2 of them. After a little trimming, conditioner, and break-in they are a great value and very comfortable. They are not "refined" but they work for me with a M&P9c and Kahr CW9.
Once you get it all situated and broken-in, you will want to do some trimming.

I'd go Crossbreed or MTAC. I have 2 MTACs and like them but don't overlook the Crossbreed.

If you are a real tight budget you could make your own. It probably wont be pretty but its concealed so that doesn't really matter.
