I just bought a P239/.40. I'm looking for a holster.
I try to wear at about 4:00, so that the very front of the holster is just behind the seam of my pants. I like my holsters to be OWB on the belt, no paddles, a little bit of forward cant, and no thumb break for CCW. Kydex might be okay, but not if it comes from Uncle Mike's or Fobus. What should I get? I used to use an Aker Flatsider for my P226 and loved it, but I can't find one for the P239. |
| Try http://www.donhume.com I have two of their holsters and they work great and are fairly inexpensive. When I had a 229R I used the H2701 Open Top holster and they are leather, not kydex. |

Milt Sparks makes some of the best leatehr holsters around, both OWB and IWB. The only downside is the 6mo wait. I assure you, they are well worth it!
