I thought i would get everyones input b4 i spent the $. I currently have a HK usp and i feel that its to big to carry. I have a buddy who is selling his hk p2000. Whats everyone's thoughts on the p2000 and i know that its smaller than the usp, but is it small enough to carry without any trouble. Thanks in advance.

I carried USP 9mm for a little while too. yes, it is little big but concealable. Now, i carry P2000 V3 and G23. I would recommand on P2000 for ccw.

I love my P2000. It is a 9mm with the LEM trigger. Very accurate and reliable. It has interchangble backstraps to fit  a variety of hand sizes. The P2000 has ambi controls for left or right handed shooters. It also has a Picatinny rail to accept weaponlights, like the Surefire X200 or the TLR-1. It does not have an external safety like the USP does. The DA/SA version (Variant 3) has a decocker, but the LEM variant does not.

You can use .40 cal. mags in a 9mm P2000. This allows you to (1) buy the cheaper 10-round .40 cal. mags and load 13 9mm rounds, and (2) buy the 12-round .40 cal hi-cap mags and load 15 9mm rounds (like a Glock) if you wish.

If you are happy with your USP/C stay with it. A P2000 is a little nicer but not that much. If you are set on upgrading, get the new H&K P3000 I think it is. I have both, the P2000 is my favorite.
