I say odd because I haven't seen it asked before. This could help others too.
I had a stroke a few years ago. And lost my left hand for the most part.
Putting on my ITWB holster is  a pia.
Anyone have ant good suggestions for a good ITWB holster for a s&w  M&P 9c, and depending on how I feel that day my 1911 something that might be fairly easier one handed.
I can  get mine in withe a little work. I'm looking to streamline it make it a lot easier, thanks!
But thankfully I got the itch for a pocket pistol before so I've been throwing my p238 in my pocket daily. I'd just like to get back to something bigger, never thought I'd ever need to ask this question in my life.

I used to carry a lot ITWB; then, I discovered that it's easier and a whole lot more convenient to carry ITB, instead.  If you haven't, yet, tried a holster fitted with one of Blade-Tech's, 'Tek-Lok' clasps maybe you should.  I'm ambidextrous; so it's no matter for me to switch a holster around; but what I do in order to save money, and keep things simple is to take a standard OTB lefthand holster, and wear it ITB on my righthand side, AND visa-versa as well.  I've been doing this for more than 10 years; and out of a Kydex holster I'm about as fast as you're going to see.  Of all the quick-detach holster systems I strongly prefer Tek-Lok clasps the best.  I secure mine at the top of the belt so that the holster will never have a tendency to snap open and, 'follow the gun' as I draw.  (Old age brings its own unique set of challenges; doesn't it!)  Stay well.

Thank you for the response.
I think I found  a solution. Apendix  carry seems to look pretty damn good especially one handed.
But now for my extremely  stupid and funny question about  it.   How noticeable  do you think it would be say being undercover  at a strip club, getting  a lap dance from a suspect  getting leads? To maintain  concealment and no knowledge?

Wait, let me get this right.  You're worried about a stripper wondering what that hard object is in your lap while she rubs all over you in a strip club?

Aren't you worried about her causing an accidental discharge too?

A good holster will solve most of these issues.

lol that was a silly thing I thought  of made me laugh, thought maybe how pathetic  and dumb that sounds  would be funny to you. But thanks. I'm going with crossbreed. Nicest I found.

For one-handed IWB I'd HIGHLY recommend the RM Holsters LOW-RIDER...it's very easy to slide inside a waistband with one-hand, snap over the belt, then put the gun in.

Thank you I'll look. Rm? I honestly  haven't  followed  this site as much as I did in the past.
I went to the nra conversation  in harrisburgh  and picked  up a sticky holster  to try out first time I ever saw those before  pretty neat.
