i have a NH pistol permit and now live in MI with a MI driver license can i carry in mi legally?

According to www.handgunlaw.us no. MI only recognizes resident permits, no "non-resident" permits are honored.

Since you are no longer a resident of NH you're permit is not valid in MI.

Some MI counties will grant a CPL without a.waiting period.if you have another state's permit when you move to Michigan.
