I use to be an Ohio resident with a CCL, but I moved to Florida and am currently in the waiting process for my CCL here. It's been five months now and I am having lots of issues dealing with the licensing agency here as for getting information.
My question is can I update my Ohio CCL to an out of state address, and use that to legally carry in Florida? |

I would walk in to one of the regional licensing offices in FL. In the past people have received permits in a matter of days.
FL doesn't recognize a non-resident permit other than their own, so your address change wouldn't help. Ohio doesn't offer non-resident permits unless you're a (previous) OH resident who is in another state serving in the armed forces. |

Ohio does not issue non-resident licences, and technically whenever you move, you are supposed to contact your issuing Sheriff and tell them your new address for their records, and if your new address is out of state, I believe they will send you a letter telling you that your licence is no longer valid. |
