I just ordered one on Ebay from a guy in the Czech Republic. $72 shipped with all the hardware seems like a good price. Looks like he has a couple left.

I'm glad they used red loctite on the threads! I heated it up with a heat gun and still can't get that screw to break loose. Guess I'll get an air impact tomorrow... Mine would not budge either. I deepened the slot a bit with a dremmel so I could get a better bite with the biggest screwdriver I had, then twisted that with a pair of vise-grips. That did the trick! Sadly, the folding stock screw didn't make it.
