Sorry if this has been answered, but I'm having a hard time finding formal accuracy results of the 7.62x39 M92 pistol.
Feel free to share your experience. What's your average group benched? Offhand? Thanks! |

Run a Google search on..... "M92 Accuracy" There are threads and videos on the subject. Gee, I never thought of that
As I said, I am having trouble finding a FORMAL comparison of a user posting their results from 50, 100, ect. in various positions. The only thing I have found is bubba shooting dirt, or at shooting some obscure/ unmentioned distance. Surprisingly searching "M92 Accuracy" did not bring up any threads with the same title. |

I intend to do some documentation of this in the future, but as of yet, I have not. What I can say is that when fired off the bench using Iron sights and Golden Tiger FMJs, my M92 is just as accurate as my MP5 with iron sights. Most would regard the MP5 as an accurate little gun, so I am pleased with my results. I have not fired 5 or 10 round groups and recorded them & averaged them. I have fired several 20 round groups from the M92 that showed a 5" extreme spread at 50 yards. I would think that hitting a B27 target at 150-200 yards should be doable, and that's the most I would ask of the M92. If you are using irons, I believe it is imperative that you remove the paint from the rear sight. It is very difficult to focus and get a proper sight picture with that white paint in front of your eyeball. Not what you're looking for, but hopefully that's a start.

The white paint on the rear sight needs get gone ASAP. I ran a round file through the rear notch so it is more of a U-notch now. Helps a ton. The gun seems about as accurate as my full size Romys. The real limiting factor on the M92 is the sights. I really want to get a Docter type site if I can find a less expensive alternative that doesn't shit itself. |

Had no problem banging the 200yd 18x24" steel rapid fire. Accurate enough for what I'm going to do with it. This. I shot mine a few weeks ago and 200 Yd gongs 10 inch were no problem. at 300 yds I could hit about 5-6 out of 10. but still not bad since your front site post covers the whole thing. I have a RMR with the green triangle im thinking about installing, either on a MI hand guard mount or weaver base on the dust cover. I could not do much better with my polytech spiker or my milled arsenal, so im very impressed with it accuracy for what it is. I think the short stiff barrel helps. |
