I apologize in advance if this has been discussed already.
With that disclaimer out of the way, I noticed that Century M92's now have the serial number located on the left side of the receiver, near the front trunion. This would lead me to believe an underfolder is now an unquestionably legal proposition, since concerns over destroying the factory serial number would no longer be an isue (yes, yes, I am implying that all NFA/SBR regulations are followed). Moderators -- if this is old news, feel free to delete/black-hole this thread. |

Yes, I noticed this too on Friday. Note that not all the pistols in inventories are this way, if you're ordering from somewhere else.
I was excited about the location change when I saw it, but then I realized that "if" one wanted to do the left side folder thing, the new location is right where the latch would go. It does seem perfect for an underfolder, which would be the most "authentic" for an M92 since they come that way as submachine guns as shown on Zastava's website. |
