I've got a Draco that I'm in the process of sbr'ing and am trying to figure out if my pistol has the tapco trigger or factory romy one. I don't see any identifying marks at all, and I assume the tapco would have some markings to show 922r compliance.

They vary, I have a "C" model with what appears to be a factory trigger and a non-"C" that has a Tapco G2. The Tapco trigger is marked accordingly.

Darn it. Factory trigger! It actually feels really nice so I was hoping I wouldn't need to change it out. Thanks for the pic!

922r does not apply to NFA stuff. if you are going to SBR  you don't need to 922r if you are going to add a barrel extension to make a rifle them you need to 922r.

I understand the debate around whether an SBR needs to be 922r compliant, but I choose to err on the side on caution and spend the 40 bucks to make sure that I dont end up in the clink, you may beat the wrap, but you wont beat the ride!

922r does apply in some SBR's.  See this Tech Branch letter I received last week.  It dosen't address adding a stock to a Draco but rather cutting down the barrel of a riifle.  It also addresses the ongoing question of whether an imported part can be considered American made after extensive modification ( cutting a 16" AK barrel down to 9.5", moving gas block, rethreading muzzle, and changing contour)

The way I read that is by taking an "importable" Draco pistol and adding a stock, it becomes a "non-importable" rifle, thus subject to 922r compliance. Thoughts?

I used to think just like you until I call the top shops in the country they all told me they'll convert and sell draco's without 922r compliant.
