What is the difference between a "C" model and a non "C" model draco ?

No, the trunnion is only necessary if you want to install an underfolder stock..... however you can install any stock on a C model |

Sorry I'm not understanding your question...  .. as I already answer "YES" you can install a stock to a "Draco". however if you want to install an underfolder stock you will need to buy a "Draco C" or install a trunnion on your "Draco". either way you CANNOT install any stock until you receive your tax stamp from the ATF. or permanently attach a barrel extension to your "Draco"
