| Just picked up a Draco C at a gun show here in Ft. Lauderdale, my 2nd Draco. I also got a nice Bakelite mag for it because I want to redo it in the classic AK style. My question is this: Does anyone know where I can get a nice unfinished wood foregrip/gas tube cover for it? I'd like an AKM foregrip with the bulge. |
| I was at the same show yesterday looking at 5.45 Saigas. I live off of Las Olas, so I could almost walk. I saw only 1 Draco and was thinking it needed a good home. As far as wood, if I were you I would consider some of the Russian wood for sale on eBay- listed as airsoft. It will have the bulge on the lower handguard. It will not be unfinished, but will be a beautiful color. Do not be hung up on finding unfinished wood. If you find a handguard set you like, you can easily strip the wood with citristrip and a light sanding to prep for stain and finish. |
