Does anyone know how to get the original FCG out of the RPD lower. Are there some instruction for this online?

Simple. Mine has two allen screws and then take apart.

You need to rotate the saftey selector about mid way between safe and fire to push it out, after the saftey is out the remaining parts come right out. The flat spring has a hole in it to drift it out of the lower. The trigger pin was a little hard to knock out on mine.

Got it all apart and got the builds done. The trigger pin was very hard to knock out hence my earlier confusion.
