I wanna see RPDs with red dots, whether barrel mounted, DSA handguard rail mounted, or top cover mounted!

That is exactly what I am looking for. I'm trying to decide between welding a rail on the top cover(questionable as to holding zero) or just ponying up and getting a DSA quad rail. I'm thinking the quad rails likely the way to go, but man its pricey. Ive got time to think though as my RPD isn't even built yet(Stan has my parts kit, waiting on receivers). Does that seem to hold zero well? Any issues/complaints? |

This took way too much work... Bought an extra top cover, modified the rear sight mount and fitted an MI AK Micro Dot mount into it. It was a lot more work than I expected, and honestly it would have been easier to have a rail added most likely. That said, it works. |
