I bought a Vector after looking at parts kits to build on my own, for about a year.
I don't regret it one bit. It runs perfectly and looks awesome. I would however beware of anything with the Wiselite arms name on it. I bought a Wiselite M53, and it blew up on the 2nd round fired, and another member here has had considerable trouble with his WLA RPD. |

I bought a grade two kit from Military Gun Supply. It has some rust as told in the description and all the parts have matching numbers as far as I can tell and the barrel is not de-milled but needs to be removed from the cut up receiver. It looks great and I was really hoping to get it to a builder but I have not gotten an electronic response from Project Guns (which is no longer accepting kits after the 21st according to their site), Wise Lite, or Piece of History Firearms (trying to determine if they will build a kit). I still need to follow up with a call though to POHF.
Not trying to hijack this topic, but besides trying to build it myself (I lack the milling machine or hydraulic press). Does anyone know any other semi auto rpd builders. Pics of my kit minus bolt, flanges, spring, and smaller parts. I even disassembled a 50 round starter belt to 30 rounds for Ohio compliance.
