My RPD seems to be shooting left at 100 yards.  Is there anyway to adjust the sight system on a run of the mill RPD?

Try the windage adjustment knob on the rear sight or loosen the front sight up and slide it to the left.

I might be having a brain fart but wouldn't the OP want to loosen the front sight up and slide it to the right instead?

I'm right.  I've held my fingers up and figured it out severals times myself.

When adjusting the front sight you push it in the direction of of the holes on the left of the target. When adjusting the rear sight you move it in the opposite direction.
