| I recently got a underfolder kit from apex, and the button that you push in to fold is plastic, but in the pic on the site looks to be metal as it has silver scratches wear on it. My concern is first I had to dremel out the inside of the button and the holes where the locking pin goes through the plastic is already oval, thats how it came. Im just wondering if I was supposed to get a metal push button, because if I was I will e mail them. |

I noticed the pic has changed since I got mine, this one looks even more worn. I will have to find the pic I saved to see if it exactly the one I got Here is the pic off there site now

Got an e mail from apex " The button should be metal not plastic. I have never seen a plastic part on any AK folding stock. Please return it and we will send you a metal part and refund you for your return shipping."
So I have no idea what I got unless it was a airsoft part somehow. |
