I've had a Tantal for a while and finaly got the chance to shoot it . I started out at 25 yards on paper to see where it was hitting . It groups decent for an AK but it was shooting to the left . I adjusted the front sight as far as it would go and that got it pretty close but I still have to use Kentucky windage . I heard of canted sights but don't really know much about it . What can I do to correct this ? I would be grateful for any advice.

Send it back.

Either the sight bases are canted or the barrel is bent. Either way it's more hassle to fix (like new barrel time) than it's worth.

Where did you get it from?

This. I've got one, Century, no problems. Luck of the draw.

I ordered it from another dealer about 13 months ago ,  it was a new in the box Century gun . I didn't know about the issues with CIA when I bought it .

ETA  I will call Century to see if they will do anything about it . The barrel looks straight , I got a feeling I'm stuck with this one .

I'd try the original vendor too, if they are still in buisnees.

Lots of them will take care or you if they can. 13 months is a long time though...

If neither Century nor the vendor will help, straightening the fsb may not be that hard.
Some people have been able to drive the pins out, straighten the fsb and replace the pins with tapered pins.
