Got it at the gunshow.  Looks good, MADE IN CHINA stamped in the side.

386 in circle     SEMI-AUTO stamped on the side

That looks kinda like a Norinco Hunter that someone has converted (at least partially) over to a Galil Clone. 386 Code mark is Norinco (I believe) receiver and barrel assembly. Looks like Galil bolt carrier, top cover, and handguard with carry handle. Might want to move this to AK Discussions, or Chinese sub-section for more info.
