| Any helpful hints at moving the front sight. I tried adjusting for elevation the other day at the range and couldn't move it with the tool in the cleaning kit. New rifle so I didn't want to mess things up with too much force. I can't find a topic about it on here so any help would be appreciated. |

The front sight is often frozen in place by dried grease or hardened paint.
As above, apply a penetrating fluid and let soak. You can also apply a LITTLE heat. Just warm it to the point where its not comfortable to hold it in your hand. Don't over heat. Tapco sells a very good sight tool that adjusts for windage and elevation. |

Was it off at 50 yards???? He probably wants the rifle to shoot to point of aim.
