I have an AK but the registration says MAK-90 and the manufacturer is Poly Technologies. Is a MAK-90 even an AK47? Who makes Poly Technologies (country)? Could I install an under folder in this rifle? Where can I go to get parts for this MAK-90?
Sorry I'm new to this weapon and trying to learn as I go but there are so many manufacturers that I don't even know which country made this weapon

A mak 90 is an AK. Mine (and I thought all of them) was made by norinco. Lots of accessories available, but you may need to do some trimming of any stock you install due to the thicker receiver on the MAK.

Yes, some Mak-90s were made by Poly-tech, another Chinese state run company. They are considered rarer and of higher quality than the average Norinco MAK.  Most AK accessories will fit, but keep in mind that the receiver is 1.6mm thick (rather than 1.0mm for most other AKs) and the tang is also longer, with different screw hole positions so you can't put a used stock on from another AK.  Also, some MAK-90s have a "slant-cut" receiver that will prevent installation of standard buttstocks.

Would there be a problem if I put a folder on my MAK90? If there is, what would I need to do to overcome this?
