After looking over what`s out there I put two Century Yugo underfolders on layaway. Tell me about them and let`s see`um. Especially with some nice Ironwood teak.

I started off with two also. I eventually sold one, but I don't think I'll ever part with the other. It now has a two stage RSA trigger, tritium sights, and nice wood - not Ironwood, but original, done with only linseed oil and elbow grease.

300yds ... but bear in mind this silhouette is ridiculously small - the paper itself is only 22" wide.

A lot of sanding and some dark stain. Great rifle.

Nice!! I pick mine up in a couple days. Of course I already have Ironwood teak on the way too, as well as a Yugo bayo.

To tell you the truth, I was hesitant to buy an Ak that is "put together" using a U.S. made receiver; but after researching , asking owner opinions, and field stripping one and giving it the once over, I know that for the money, I need a few more, maybe different variations, of the Yugo Ak. Full stock M70 and I gotta get someone to build me a M90 and RPK.....

Two yugos was enough for me. I like diversity :D

My full stock AK is a polytech legend that is gorgeous and I just picked up an AK-74M clone due to the price of 5.45x39.

the '74 is my favorite gun now.

FUnny that all three of us in this thread bought two underfolders

BTW.

I found the rear of the receiver on mine very sharp at the corners. It was wearing a hole through my gloves.

I took a file to the corners and rounded them off and it's made  world of difference.

I also added a polytech wood pistol grip which helped even more. Not for the purist but I think it still looks good and it's much more comfortable for me.
