OK, I know "AK" and "accuracy" are not synonyms but I would like mine to hit where I aim.

My CA M70B2 UF is hitting consistantly right, so much so that at 50yds I'm just about out of front sight windage.  I can actually use the right hood and hit OK.

My M70B1 is dead nuts on at 50 and 100yds, I'd like the B2 to do the same.

I've eyeballed the front sight assembly and it looks good and vertical.  The vertical edge lines up parallel to the edge of the rear sight/gas tube mount.  If I eyeball the front sight post, from the muzzle, through to the rear sight blade, I'm not looking straight down the barrel!!!?.

Anyone have any other ideas?  Could the rear sight assembly be out of square? Could the slant brake be screwing me up?  Or is this normal with UF's and the crappy cheek weld?

Thanks

Remove the muzzle brake to check and see if the crown is okay and that the brake isn't interfering. If the sights aren't canted there could be muzzle damage or barrel could be bent.

Thanks all fer the advice.

Hadn't really thought of returning the gun.  Might give CA a call and see what they say.
I'm (hopefully) headed to the range tomorrow, I'll pull the brake, hammer some rounds down range and see whats up.
